I want to know which is the better buy, and any more worth considering. I want a camcorder that is under 300 dollars, but records well, takes good pictures and most importantly can upload to mac and windows, even if I have to download a conversion pack.

I'm looking for a new camcorder for a little under 300 dollars. Of course, the obvious and popular electronic companies pop up first in my searches:
JVC
Sony
Panasonic
Canon
And the more recent Flip Video.
