No.

Some camcorders include an infrared emitter for zero-light recording. Typically, these are Sony camcorders. Look for "SuperNightShot" in the feature list.

Other camcorders may be able to see if you supply the infrared light source. Some camcorders actually build an infrared filter in, so they cannot see in zero light with an infrared emitter light source.
